5,000-Piece 320gsm Cotton Hoodie Order for a South Korean Client
Buyer request
A South Korean apparel buyer required 5,000 pullover hoodies made from 320gsm 100% cotton fabric, with a washed black appearance and a printed graphic at the left chest. The buyer required a physical sample in Seoul before releasing the bulk order.
Sampling and approval solution
We produced a bulk-equivalent sample to confirm fabric weight, cotton hand feel, washed shade, hoodie silhouette and left-chest print size and position. The sample was sent by express courier to Seoul. After the buyer reviewed and approved the physical sample, we locked the approved details for bulk production and used the sample as the visual control reference.
Bulk production and delivery result
The 5,000-piece bulk order was completed after in-process checks of fabric appearance, measurements, sewing and print placement. The finished goods were packed, palletized and wrapped for dispatch. The delivery video records the completed bulk lot before shipment.
