Project case
Celebrity Photocard Insert Packaging for a South Korean T-Shirt Client
Buyer request
A South Korean merchandise buyer required a buyer-specified celebrity photocard to be placed inside every individual T-shirt package so the garment and promotional insert would reach the end customer together.
Controlled packaging solution
We added a controlled insert step to the packing workflow. Operators matched the approved card version to the T-shirt program, placed one card inside each garment bag away from the adhesive seal and fold pressure points, and included insert quantity and placement in the pack-out inspection checklist.
Packaging evidence and result
The completed packing step was recorded in the supplied production video. The short clip provides direct evidence of the card being inserted into the T-shirt package before sealing, while final card artwork rights, garment specifications and order quantity remain controlled by the buyer-approved order documents.

Photocard pack-out control points
- Artwork approval: use only the card version released in the buyer-approved packing instruction; the buyer remains responsible for image, licensing and publicity-right clearance.
- Quantity reconciliation: compare cards issued to the packing line, garments packed and unused balance to detect missing or duplicate inserts.
- SKU matching: keep garment color and size labels visible while matching any card version assigned to the order.
- Protected placement: position the card inside the package away from the adhesive strip and strong garment fold lines.
- Final inspection: spot-check one-card-per-pack placement, bag seal, barcode or size sticker and carton quantity before dispatch.
